Maintaining control over the wheel of life of your company or yourself as a high-ranking personality can be challenging. A retreat can change the way you view your activities. It can help you focus on what really matters or even help you discover what your real or new mission is or should be right now.
Our lives change with time. A retreat may be the best way to reflect on your mission, to determine where you want to go in the coming years.
Visionary People Mentoring organizes retreats in which high-profile companies and personalities explore for a year what we call visionary power. It defines visionary power as the ability inherent in the constructive vision we have for our lives, which has a positive impact on others and even on the planet. We all have this ability. If we consciously live with this powerful ability, we will be successful in our lives and we will radiate this positively to others.
The Visionary People Mentoring retreats are a total project of a year or even longer led by professional analysts that may include workshops, participant observations, feedback sessions, and one or more ‘exposure trips’ (travels abroad in a challenging setting).
With Visionary People Mentoring, clients choose from a wide range of formulas, workshops, services and guidance to explore their visionary power. This analysis work is done by one or more analysts affiliated with the Visionary People Mentoring network. These analysts are experts trained in participant observations. This training gives them the ability to remain in the discrete background for their observations if this is the client’s choice.
A creative radiance
Specific about the Visionary People Mentoring retreats is that the end product results in the clients creating artistic expressions that add sparkle to their visionary power.
This artistic end product is not just an addendum. When we have connection with our visionary power, we touch the art of life. Therefore, the mentoring of visonary power and art work go hand in hand. “Every one is an artist” (Joseph Beuys), and this is why the second phase of mentoring is central, where an artist or talent from the creative industry is brought in to finalize the mentoring process by creating a work of art to express the client’s visionary power.
The seven traditional art forms are painting, sculpture, literature, architecture, theatre, film and music. The creative industry typically includes architecture, design, digital culture, visual arts, crafts, music, advertising, design, software development and all possible crossovers.
To approach art and the creative industry in a broad sense, Visionary People Mentoring likes to involve both the global and local markets of art/creativity. The sole purpose of Visionary People Mentoring is to connect the stories of high-profile companies and personalities, as they emerge, with the world of top art.
Visionary People Mentoring
Being inspired by what makes people successful. Doing this in a partnership of analysts and artists. Realizing together the creative expression of the visionary power that forms the basis of the client’s mission.
Visionary power is the key concept of our mentoring practice
Visionary People Mentoring is a mentoring service based on the idea that no one can stop someone’s visionary power. Visionary power shows the positive life force that cannot be held back in creating lasting success.
Would you like to share your successes with others in a creative way? Success and creativity go hand in hand. This is what we wish for everyone. At Visionary People Mentoring, we believe that our expressions of success come from our ability to mentor each other in the networks we form. That's why Visionary People Mentoring is network-based and seeks to form on-demand networks of creative expression for our clients in which each professional and artist involved in the mentoring plays a specific, central role. We believe that as these networks operate on visionary power, they achieve high levels of expression.
